(Must be licensed for toll data)
=TollsWS calculates accurate, up-to-date toll charges in the U.S. and Canada. It works in the same way as the =MilesWS function, with an extra, optional argument to indicate if active toll discount programs should be used in calculations.
Syntax
=TollsWS (origin, destination, tolldisc, routetype, dims, units, LCV, dataversion, traffic, hazmats, highwayonly, tollcurrency, countries, region)
Arguments

Each dimension must be separated by a comma. You can submit all dimensions or only some of them. If you want to skip a particular dimension, enter two commas with no space between them.
