If you see an "H" icon in front of the first stop in your trip itinerary, it means you have turned on Hub Routing in your Route Options or current Vehicle Routing Profile.  

Hub Routing generates routes from a single starting place (origin) to multiple destinations. Hub Routing is turned off by default.
