Appian-D2Link Connect, which connects certain Appian software products with version one of Trimble’s D2Link driver mobile workflow solution, will no longer support communications between D2Link v1 and Appian DRTrack, Appian Daily Planner, or Appian Resource Calendar. Any existing integrations through Appian-D2Link Connect will be disabled.
If you have not migrated to a supported integration partner, you will no longer be able to export routes to D2Link, receive arrival/departure events, have line item, order, stop or route forms completed or receive GPS pings from D2Link.

Yes - a successor product, Trimble Smart Workflow, was released. Trimble Smart Workflow is Trimble’s new driver mobile workflow solution. We also introduced a new integration between Smart Workflow and Appian, the Smart Workflow-Appian Integration, as a replacement for D2Link-Appian Connect.

Will this require me to upgrade our Appian software?
Trimble recommends that customers update the latest version upon publication of each new release. Trimble Smart Workflow has a minimum DRTrack version requirement of 2024.1 and is compatible with newer versions of Android 10 or later. iOS Compatibility is not supported at the moment.
